What decentralization means? It means not being controlled by a third party.
Decentralization is a sliding scale. Even when the Bitcoin network first rolled out, Satoshi was the only one running it at first. Then he recruited more people. It's the same thing with many crypto projects when they come out. There must be a scale, a pathway for them toward decentralization, to become successful.
